As Senior System Administrator – Server & Networking Lead, you are responsible for the design, stability, and continuous improvement of our server and network infrastructure. You lead the technical direction of the outsourced infrastructure team and ensure that our platforms remain secure, scalable, and highly available. You combine strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a small outsourced team of infrastructure specialists while actively contributing to infrastructure projects and operational excellence. Together with security, architecture, and cloud teams, you ensure our infrastructure supports business growth and operational continuity.

- Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Oversee daily infrastructure operations, including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and incident management.
- Define and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements.
- Act as technical lead on infrastructure projects, driving modernization, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and overall infrastructure performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs and strategic goals.

What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or networking;
- Experience managing enterprise server environments and virtualization platforms;
- Strong networking knowledge including routing, switching, firewalls, and network security;
- Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions;
- Strong troubleshooting, pragmatic and analytical skills;
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and process minded (ITIL, Agile).
