The Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the Fleet Excellence organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinates people and processes to deliver projects with the desired outcome, on time and within budget aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

The Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the Fleet Excellence organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinates people and processes to deliver projects with the desired outcome, on time and within budget aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.
- Optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet Excellence (e.g. program initiatives, integrations, improvements).
- Defining project scope- and objectives, roles and responsibilities
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities; subsequently manage delivery of the project according to this plan and budget.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to e.g. Management, project team and/or (key) stakeholders.
- Drive change management & continous improvement culture.
- Communication of ongoing projects and stakeholder management

- A gross monthly salary between €3.835 and €5.479 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in project management, such as Lean Six Sigma or Prince certification, are a plus.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international environment with a focus on project management or business consultancy.
- Strong skills in MS Office programs and experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Rental software, and QlikSense.
- Proven ability to develop and improve processes, procedures, and policies.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong financial and business knowledge along with stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
