Sustainability Internship | Boels – Sittard HQ
Are you a student with a passion for sustainability and an eye for data and regulation? Join our sustainability team at Boels's headquarters in Sittard.
As an intern, you'll contribute to real projects with real impact. You can think of:
- EU Taxonomy reporting in collaboration with Finance
- Exploring ESG and CSRD reporting tools and IT developments (including our CEMAsys CSRD module)
- Supporting improvement initiatives for our annual sustainability report
- Contributing to SHEQ initiatives tied to our ISO certifications and safety targets.
You'll work in a small, driven team at the heart of one of Europe's largest rental organisations, with direct exposure to how European sustainability regulation translates into day-to-day practice.
We value your talents, and that’s why you can expect the following from Boels:
- A competitive internship allowance of €500 gross per month;
- Flexible working hours that can be arranged between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM;
- Travel expense reimbursement for commuting to Sittard;
- A laptop to support you in carrying out your internship assignments;
- The opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week, subject to agreement with your supervisor.

What do you bring?
- You're studying (3th year) and you are interested / have affinity with fields of sustainability and Finance.
- You are enthusiastic about ESG, CSRD, SHEQ e.g. and willing to develop yourself and our organisation.
- You're analytical, proactive, and curious about the intersection of regulation, data, and organisation.
