Indirect Procurement Analyst
This is what you will do
As an Indirect Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing analyses, projects, and system integrations within the indirect procurement organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. You will coordinate people and processes to deliver these analyses and projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to the strategy and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Enhance and maintain processes, procedures, systems, and governance within Indirect Procurement (e.g., process changes, system integrations).
- Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and oversee timely project execution.
- Performance Reporting: Track departmental performance and provide regular analyses to management and stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Organize and secure all project documentation while generating monthly supply and cost reports.
- Demand Monitoring: Monitor company requirements to prevent supply shortages and optimize procurement.
- Data Analysis: Conduct cost and data analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Policy Standards: Establish and implement process and policy standards (e.g., CMS, SAP) while ensuring cross-departmental collaboration.

What you bring to the table:
- A bachelor’s degree in business economics, business administration, or a similar field; complementary knowledge in procurement or finance is a plus.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment with a focus on Finance, Procurement, Business Consultancy, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and advanced knowledge of SAP (Ariba).
- Preferably experienced in using BI tools such as Power BI or QlikSense.
- Strong analytical, pragmatic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
