This is what you will do

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for helping to manage the company’s fleet of equipment, assisting the Fleet Manager to ensure that all assets are maintained, serviced, and compliant with legal and safety requirements, while also coordinating and supporting the wider business. The role ensures operational readiness of equipment and also upholds company standards in line with British Standards LOLER certifications. This role will be an officed-based role in Stockport with flexibility required to travel the UK. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 0900hrs to 1700hrs.

  • A competitive annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and systems. You will have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Experience or understanding of asset / fleet management ideally in the equipment rental sector, but not essential
  • Strong reporting and record-keeping skills 
  • Good communication skills across operational and administrative teams  
  • Commitment to health & safety standards 
  • Have valid proof of your right to work in the UK – (Boels does not arrange relocation, work visas or provide visa sponsorship)
