This is what you will do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the applicant management for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, from job advertisement to contract creation. You will be responsible for selecting the applications received, conducting initial telephone interviews and also attending some on-site interviews to support the hiring managers. In addition to traditional recruiting channels, you will also actively search for candidates and proactively approach specialists and managers. An important point is also the direct approach via e.g. Xing, Linkedin and Indeed, but also talent pooling. This job can be carried out both in the office and remotely from home. A part-time position with 20h/week is planned.

Your tasks

  • Recruiting new employees & supporting the SAP SuccessFactors software-supported applicant management system
  • Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements
  • Researching and selecting target group-specific recruiting channels
  • Correspondence with applicants, internal departments and external service providers
  • Planning & conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews
  • Accompanying candidates through the entire application process
  • Coaching our managers with regard to interviewing
  • Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner for CZ & SK

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on human resources or comparable training and have gained initial experience in HR/recruiting
  • Czech at native speaker level and fluency in German OR English
  • You enjoy working with people, are stress-resistant, empathetic and a strong communicator
  • You are characterized by assertiveness, hands-on mentality and a large portion of initiative
  • You are willing to travel within your area of responsibility and have a class B driver's license
