Tasks

  • Align business decisions with HR policies in Slovenia and Croatia, ensuring compliance with local laws and Boels’ strategic goals
  • Serve as main HR contact, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Support managers and employees through organizational and people-related changes
  • Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and development initiatives
  • Oversee all HR processes across both countries, covering the full employee life cycle
  • Implement central and local HR initiatives to ensure alignment and achieve HR objectives
  • Coordinate accurate and timely payroll with internal and external partners
  • Support and train hiring managers throughout the recruitment process in line with TA service standards
  • Act as first contact for recruitment marketing (content translation, campaign coordination, website updates, etc.)

Your qualifications

  • HR Background or a similar role
  • Fluent in Slovenian and English with at least a basic knowledge of Croatian
  • Strong communication skills
  • People-focused, able to build trust and positive relationships with a high sense of integrity
  • Leadership Ability - Confident in guiding and leading in various situations
  • Good organizational & planning skills
  • Flexible & reliable
