As Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the Fleet Uptime organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.

This is what you will do
The Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects with the desired outcome, on time and within budget algned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.
You are working on optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet Uptime (e.g. program initiatives, integrations, improvements).
Your resposibilities in the role of Project Manager are:
- Defining project scope- and objectives, roles and responsibilities
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities; subsequently manage delivery of the project according to this plan and budget.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to e.g. Management, project team and/or (key) stakeholders.
- Overseeing, structuring and securing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
In this role you are reporting to the Head of Uptime and you have the possibility to work hybrid.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business economics, business administration or similar;
- Complementary knowledge in the fields of project management by obtaining e.g. Lean Six Sigma or Prince certificate is considered to be an advantage;
- At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment with a focus on project management or business consultancy;
- Excellent command of MS-Office programs;
- Experience in the use of SAP, SuccessFactors, Rental software & Qliksence.
