The E Learning and Educational Designer at the Fleet Uptime department is responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective online learning content in the field of Rental Fleet lifecycle improvement.

The eLearning and Educational Designer analyses,defines, plans, communicates and executes activities according to the department roadmap and strategic targets.
You'll connect with colleagues across the organization to assess needs, collaborate on program development, and deliver learning that has real impact on the development of our technical staff and the improvement of our rental fleet quality. You regularly check in with your Fleet departments colleagues and international operational stakeholders. Your role is next to e-learning design also a real pivotal function between Fleet colleagues at HQ, the operations and the L&D department, in order to create and implement the needed learnings in a creative way. In short, this position is tactical, creative and practical, perfect for someone who likes to combine working with people and enable them to develop themselves via eLearning or other.
We offer you:
- A salary that suits your qualities and experience, between €3.835 and €5.480 gross based on a full-time gross monthly salary (40 hours).
- 28 days of leave per year (and possibility to buy up to 5 additional days).

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of education, eLearning development, Business management or similar.
- Complementary knowledge in the fields of e.g. Lean Six Sigma is considered to be an advantage
- At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international machinery/technical environment.
- Experience in the use of e-learning development tools
- Strong communication- and presenting skills in Dutch and English on business level
