HR Officer
Do you enjoy working in an international environment, and are you accurate and proactive? Then we are looking for you as our new Human Resource Officer!
HR Officer
This is what you will do
As HR Officer, you will be the HR specialist for our colleagues in the United Kingdom. In this role, you ensure that our HR processes and policies are in line with the relevant laws and regulations. You will regularly exchange information with the HR Business Partner about HR issues in the United Kingdom. Think about legal changes that impact processes. You also take a critical look at current processes and procedures and improve them where necessary. For these improvement projects, you are the lead person and work independently or together with colleagues towards the desired result. You will also act as second-line support for complex issues for your scope, which cannot be answered by the first-line team.
In this role, you will be based at our Support Office located in Stockport, which is also the location of the HR Business Partner. You will be part of the central HR Services Team consisting of 22 colleagues.
Together with the HR Business partner, you will represent the United Kingdom on HR matters. As many of your HR Services colleagues work at head office in the Netherlands and in other countries, you can work well independently. Nevertheless, you are also a team player and you easily seek cooperation with colleagues at other locations. You are assertive, not afraid to give advice and to bring colleagues along with you. With your pro-activity, you also see opportunities to take our HR Services processes to the next level and act as a driving force in this. Your analytical skills help you to separate main issues from side issues, get to the center of a problem and oversee the impact of certain changes. You work in a structured way and can set priorities. This to achieve results that make a difference!
