Your responsibilities
- Advise customers on the right equipment for their projects, from excavators to power tools
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in the branch
- Process rental orders, quotations and contracts accurately from start to finish
- Coordinate equipment collections and returns, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Identify additional equipment and products that could benefit customers
- Resolve customer queries and problems quickly and effectively
- Work closely with your colleagues to keep the branch organised and welcoming
- Ensure customers receive fast, professional and friendly service at every touchpoint

- Be IT literate and experienced in using windows applications and/or other hire inputting computer systems
- Have excellent customer service skills coupled with tactful communication
- Display a friendly and courteous telephone manner.
- Be a strong team player, and enjoy working in a team.
- Be available to work full-time hours
- Have valid proof of your right to work in the UK – (Boels does not arrange relocation, work visas or provide visa sponsorship)
