This is what you will do
Are you taking care of Boels Survey & Laser in South-East Region? As our new Account Manager, you will quickly build strong and productive relationships with the branch teams to ensure excellent customer service is being maintained at all touchpoints of your customers’ journey.
As our Account Manager covering South-East Region, you will be regularly on the road, discovering potential new clients and visiting existing ones, to ensure total customer satisfaction and new/repeat orders. Sales and business development are in your DNA and, of course, these things will be second nature to you. Our customers will have total trust in your equipment recommendations and the fact that you always deliver on your promises.
You’ll always be liaising with our depot teams to ensure that the sale or hire gets closed and that the customer is happy with the service received from Boels Survey & Laser!
We are happy to consider candidates that live in South-East Region and surrounding area as a large chunk of your time will be spent at customers' sites in these regions.
Boels offers a wide range of professional measuring instruments for the construction, infrastructure and industrial purposes; available for flexible hire, short lease and sale. These include construction lasers, sewer lasers, levelling instruments, GPS rovers and total stations. And not to mention thermal imaging cameras, cable locators, gas detectors, walkie-talkies and CO, IAO, lux, humidity and temperature meters. We also have a well-equipped workshop for maintenance and calibration of our customers own measuring instruments. We can offer in house and manufacturer training to get you up to speed on any kit that you might not have encountered before.

- A competitive annual salary in the range of €35,000 to €45,000, plus bonus and a company car. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant skills and experience, qualifications, and performance.

- Evidence proven achievements within a sales or business development role in a Survey & Laser hire, plant hire or similar construction environment. (ESSENTIAL)

- Be self-motivated, driven and thrive on challenging targets. (ESSENTIAL)
- Hold a full manual UK Driving Licence (a company car is provided, to enable you to travel around your area of operation). (ESSENTIAL)
